Has anybody been to Manila to get a visa recently?

 

Too many entries in my passport so need to apply for a proper visa this time. Figure Manila might be a good bet.

 

Any advice and information would be much appreciated.

not at all friendly getting a visa in Manila

I would also avoid Manila (read about many unsuccesful reports). Vientiane (Lao) and Penang (Malaysia) are better options.
