Just a quick update on the condo here as had a new Samsung triangle digital inverter aircon unit fitted recently.

A lot more efficient as uses less electric and quieter now with various modes available from the remote control.

 

Condo is available again from 7th August until mid December at a low season price of 13,000bt p/ mth.

(Excluding utility bills which are at govt rates).

You have a good looking unit.  Kudos for having the 'proper' oven in the kitchen area.  I lived on the top floor of View Talay 2B a while ago - for a one year lease but my place was smaller.  Yes, the pool and little restaurant by it - are a bonus!    Being located on a baht bus route is sensible too.  The photos of your unit look good - you should have no worries renting it out (Either long term or short.).

What rate can you offer for 6 weeks off season Jul 1st to aug 13 2019
