It's seemed like a very quiet window yet more money has been spent than in any January for 5 years.

I think that's since the nutty transfer fees for Torres and Carroll.

Surprised, Leicester didn't make any major moves, they are right at the precipice of creating history & odd that they have held off. Might come back to haunt them. Guess, same with Spurs.

 

EPL outspending other major leagues in Europe by massive margins, really surreal to see that the likes of Norwich, Bournemouth, Newcastle outspend giants like Milan, Inter etc etc.

Leicester and Tottenham are in good shape right now.  Trying to fit in a new player or two might change the team "chemistry", for lack of a better word.  As others have said, its difficult to integrate a new player in January, specially if the team plays with any kind of sophistication.

 

I was disappointed that Berahino didn't move.  He does no good rotting on the bench.
