Thai Friendly came to my attention on this forum.

 

I signed up and just looked through it a little while and am wondering if it is worth the investment of any real time or money.  

 

Seems it has some women looking for real boyfriends etc. while others are clearly working girls.

 

I realize of course that different people will have vastly different experiences with it, but I would like to hear about the luck, or lack of it, others have had withThaifriendly.

 

I’m already married and just looking for some fun for my next trip to Pattaya. I know many will say to just go to the bars and get a girl the old-fashioned way, and they may be correct, but I’m kind of interested in something a little different this time.

The free account allows you to search girl from different criteria and send one message every 10 minutes .

A nice tip I found is if you watch the website with a mobile (not the app, I speak about website) you can make a more precise research on height and weight (which is normally reserved for premium member on full website and apps). If you find many girl you like you can buy a 1 month member ship it is not so expensive. Each to their own if you like to 'buy online' and don't feel the pleasure of ground hunting it can be a pretty good option (such as badoo and tinder)

I wouldn't waste your time if you're not looking for anything serious, then again looking for something serious is risky but that's not for me to say.

 

If you haven't already, try using Tinder first set your location to Pattaya. For a test I got about 20 line contacts who are all keen to meet me(but fuk who wants to go on dates while on holiday).

 

Skout is another decent app you can get on your phone, free to use and can message chicks right away.

If you're going to Pattaya I've read enough on here to just say go out there enjoy the views and night life, talk to girls and do it the old fashion way

ThaiFriendly is useful and works if you are ok to spend a bit more time. Tried it in the past and was succesful, easy to go for a starbucks and then almost straight to your room if you come over as genuinly interested..

Two types of genuine women, besides the "Internet scammers".

1. Genuine Thai Women looking for genuine partners.

2. P4P girls looking for customers.

 

Easy enough to discern which are which.

 

To minimise your time looking, I would recommend two things:

1. Become a paid member for 1 month before you leave for LOS if you are looking for P4P girls.

They really aren't interested about you if they can't hook up straight away. This is a generalization but my experience.

2. If you are looking for a serious partner and they won't talk on Skype or give you their Facebook details, you are wasting your time.

That's a thought. Not sure paid is needed or not, but it would save some time and a month membership could be made up for in the cost of a few drinks or so.

The only reason for paying is that you don't need to wait ten minutes to reply to messages.

Also a useful tip. If you are looking for girls in Pattaya, find one on line. From there you will see girls from Pattaya....you can click on them and check them out.

If you are a paid member, you can do a "Pattaya Search".

I contacted a couple of cuties that looked like the working girls types. They seemed eager to give me their Line IDs.

Have not directly asked about pricing yet, but certainly will before I head off to Thailand. 

See how it goes.

Yes, but it seems like most are not that popular where you cannot contact them for free. 

Regardless, if it gets down to it, what you spend on a month's membership on the site is a lot less than what you can easily spend going after them in the gogo bars....

I've done plenty of TF in Bangkok and anyone saying there's no regular girls looking for hook ups is doing something wrong. There's tons of them, it's very low effort and a quick way to get laid.

 

The first time I came to Bangkok online dating was all I did - I didn't go out once to meet women.

Yes, from what I have seen, there seems to be more looking for boyfriends than freelancers. 

 

But both are there to be found. 

 

If I was single and looking for a steady, it seems like it would be a good place. 

 

I've have a number of what seem like they will be good freelancers lined up. Will contact the best ones again after I arrive later this week.

I have to add. The freelancer route seems like a better way to go for me so far. 

 

You are avoiding all the bar fees. Furthermore, you can get the price etc. all worked out from the comfort of your home without having to buy them drinks etc. 

 

Of course, some might like the bar method better. However, I am not into drinking so much anymore etc.
