'FACE' is all that matters to anyone in Authority in Thailand...

 

Plus one needs at all times to be respectful to Thais at all times...

 

Because when the 'Wheels Come Off' as in they get shown up/and or insulted they often go berserk!!!

 

The police are just talking sh!te to give out an air of 'We Got It Right!'
