How can you do it online? They need to put the stamp in your passport.

You can do it by post to London or in person, if you apply in person you have to collect in person (they wont post applications made in person for some reason)

Cardiff Consulate may be easier for you from Bath?

Website says you have to make an appointment (open mornings only) and it's processed the same day.

Consulate is in Cardiff Bay so you don't need to drive into the middle of Cardiff.

A lot easier just to post it & won't have to pay for parking or to get back out over the bridge  :GoldenSmile1:

You pay on the way in (on the new bridge :-)

I've been to Cardiff Bay in Winter.
