I want to use my USA debit card to top up my AIS prepaid phone on MobileTopup.com, but I'm not sure if there is a foreign transaction fee or not.  Anyone noticing a foreign transaction fee when using a international card locally in Thailand?

On any purchase the only 'foreign transaction fee' charged will be by your bank. They may still have a charge for the use of any card (ie even a local card).
