Sabai Empress

Anyone staying at the Sabai Empress? I have emailed them multiple times over the past week with no reply. Trying to book a 2 week stay in February. I have stayed there many times and never not recieved a reply within a day or so.....normally the next morning. If someone is staying there or walking past can you ask why they are not answering.

I've stayed at Sabai Empress a few times and really like it there. But the past two trips they were full and didn't have any rooms available so I went over to Sabai Wing just around the corner on Soi 1. They usually have plenty of rooms, it seems a little more quiet than at Empress, and room cost was about 500 baht less than Empress. The room I stayed in was a little smaller than the rooms at Empress but looked just the same. Sabai Wing is now where I stay.

Sabai Wing is where i started out in 2006. After several years of staying there i had a disagreement over a coffee cup they accused me of losing/breaking. Charged me 100 bht for it. I promptly packed my bag and moved to the Sabai Inn. While that hotel is old and can be smelly it fit my needs. Moved to the Sabai Empress when it opened and have always enjoyed it. I always stay on the 9th floor so i have easy access to the pool. I believe the same girl does the booking for Wing and Empress....at least she did before. Not sure why i'm not getting a response. I checked the calendar on their website and it said all rooms available for my dates. I just want the room on the 9th floor.
