NATIONAL police chief General Chakthip Chaijinda revealed Friday that an initial probe had found that a policeman in the "Santibal" Special Branch leaked the agency's copy of a Russian warning that said 10 Syrians possibly linked to the Islamic State group entered Thailand in late October.
