I had a very clean and comfortable room. All things are in a good condition.

Especially the bathroom is very big and nice.

Thanks for posting. Price sounds good for the location. How large was the room?

The mattress is good. Not to hard, not to soft. Including 4 big cushions.

I will send some further pics from the room.

In my opinion the rooms looks on the pics smaller than it was actual. Perhaps round about 25 square meters.

Especially the bathroom was very big.

The only "bad thing" is the rooftop area. A little bit cold, no service, no Bar. A great pity !

All in all you get a very good hotel for the money.

A nicer rooftop area and it would be the perfect hotel in this price-range. The location is not bad, too. Just my opinion.

In front of the hotel there are some Taxi options (Motorbike - Cars), so you will reach the Soi 11, Sukhumvit road or Nana area easily...

I stayed in one of the Executive King rooms for 5 nights (30 sq m) back in Nov 2013 for around $80/night (spoilt myself)

The bathroom was very large with a big bathtub and a separate large shower.

There was a window that slid open for the BG to smoke out of which faced north but could see a bit of Soi 13.

When I stayed there, the rooftop had a bar (the one in your photo), but I had to teach the Thai guy how to make a Margherita 555!

Also, when the Soi floods it start at Citrus 13 as there is a dip in the soi.

They had a free tuk-tuk to take you to Sukhumvit Rd, so all good.

I had no complaints to speak of.
