Sino-Thai MoC of railway project indefinitely postponed

The Thai government has indefinitely postponed the signing of memorandum of cooperation for the Sino-Thai railway project after China refused to honour its agreement to buy rubber sheets from the government's stockpile, Transport Minister Arkhom Termpittayapaisith said Wednesday.

I'm light as a helium balloon. I was thinking more along the lines of China being concerned with the state of the Thai Economy and using an excuse to post phone/ delay.
