Anybody have a good checklist for the TM7 Visa extension?

I'll be doing a 30 day extension on my next trip. I would like to get everything together while I have access to a good printer.

 

Anybody have a good checklist of what items I need to bring. Last time I needed to make two trips. I was missing something. (don't remember what)  But sitting there all day just to get turned away and repeat the next day was not fun.

 

I've downloaded what I believe to be the most current TM7. That's all I have so far.

- hotel bookings or a copy of the book of the house/condo you're staying . 

- Copy of the passport of the owner of the house/condo . 

- Rental contract of the house/condo . 

- Passport size photo . 

- TM 7 . 

- You will receive another form at immigration if you're staying in a house/condo that needs to be filled out . 

- Passport of course . 

 

2 sets of copies of all this .

So if your staying at a hotel/guesthouse you just need confirmation of booking x 2

Passport photo x 2

TM 7 x 2

How long must the hotel booking be for ?If your travelling around obviously you would not book

the same hotel for 30 days.

Why would you need everything times 2 ?

 

The hotel booking has to be your present stay . If they ask just tell them you're making a round trip 

and have no further bookings made yet .

Monday is the busiest day . I usually go a bit later in the day like 2.30/3.00pm .

It's the way I read your initial reply the OP where you say
