International first class - dissapointing experience

Check out the water in the glass of my pic. And no, that's not a neat Photoshop effect. hmm.gif

Sadly, I have to report that when I complained to the (lovely) flight attendant  nono.gif

... she informed me that even First Class experiences turbulence! thud.gif

Who knew? Just thought I'd post a warning to other BMs...

You must be short of things to complain about today. :SoWhat1:

But they must counter-balanced glasses in first class. In economy you would have worn the water and the glass.

BTW did you get there any faster paying 6 times the price of economy

That is some turbulence that has caused a mini whirlpool.

Terrible, I hope the OP got a refund :)

No such luck.

Though the lovely attendants (did I mention they were quite lovely, indeed?) attempted to console me with (several) additional servings of lobster tails and fillet mignon...

Although the first class cabin was only sparsely populated, they apparently had fully stocked their meals for full occupancy

:GoldenSmile1:

(Unlike piece-of-shit United, the ghetto Greyhound Bus of airlines, where they even run out of toasted peanuts if you are unlucky enough to be seated in the back row of First Class.  Seriously? I paid for First Class and don't even get my fucking peanuts?!)

Curious to note the metal cutlery.  I guess it's a good thing that terrorists are too cheap to ever fly first class :SoWhat1:

What airline gave you starter size portions for a main course, no wonder they gave you extra.

Btw Etihad's seats in Business look better than those seats

What a rip off.  Name and shame said airline that can't control air turbulence in first class.  Looks nice.   :GoldenSmile1:

Looks like a pretty typical angle of attack that a Jet would use when climbing out of an airport getting to 40,000 feet.

Doesnt look like turbulence to me.

Provided he is sitting on the right side of the aircraft.lolol.If he is on the left, they may be in a tad of trouble.

Asiana Airlines! What do you expect? :-)

BTW, EVA Business seats are better than those.

Thanks for the tip.  I fly EVA and am happy but always keeping my options open.
