Me too. Biggest problem is the "view new content" link for me then after viewing by individual forums it reverts back to normal

If all those reporting problems are using Avast, a false positive may be the cause. There has been discussion about that in the past.

The forum could be infected but that would cause many more reports.

The Avast users could download/install a trial copy of a different antivirus, uninstall Avast and see if they still experience the error. I suspect they will not.

If you don't have additional protection such as Malwarebytes, you should. Good luck.

Hello Gents

I keep getting Avast "HTML:Script-inf" alerts when I connect with a browser (Firefox).

Anyone else having problems? Should I be worried?

Cheers

Just got the same thing myself when trying to view the "has the high season started" thread.

Not sure why.

Cheers,

Mark

Symantec or Webroot are likely candidates. If you want to get more into it the link below has lots of info. Good luck

Try AVG or Spybot.  The former has just stopped three attacks that Microsoft didn't catch.

Hi. I also have this alert since 2 or 3 days.

Seems to happen to the first PA link I click from a PA page, so usually the 2nd PA page I (want) see.

I also use Avast Antivirus

The report is about a website infection type "URL:Mal" and the bad url it tries to open is

"http: // ritaritalo.com/jvVK-/Qm-kqx/juYvQMH-WLG.php?qQ=9en4m9&zAiFo15Y=t358Jm3&jk5yD0=haeflw0&njr=e-fz4b&hYEQFH=3d3j4"

Just logged in using microsoft edge browser, not getting page reset on the moon landing page or an Avast warning, is this a Mozilla / Avast conflict issue?

Firefox and avast now stopping me from clicking on "View New Topics", get page reset again every time, same with chrome, done malwarebytes scan and all clean. Back to Microsoft edge for now.

Edit : Now the same problem with Edge browser, unable to view new content.

Just updated avast, not just the virus definitions but the program as well, all seems good now, (funnily enough that was the 2nd virus definition update today) asked for a restart of PC all pages opening fine.

Yes that did the trick for me too. I got the alerts for last week and the threads got resetted. Now it seems to be fine. I didn't update avast for very long time before this happened.
