Here are some pictures and videos I took when I was in Pattaya and I looked at that hotel as an option for the future.  I would say that it is best to stay there if you have a motorbike so you can get around fast.  It's right over 3rd road and look for the Maxx Central Sign as it is near there.  The hotel looked great and was just about to open when I was there and they were still waiting on some furniture for the pool.  The rates seemed fair at the time, but it really wasn't running at that time so time will tell.  It was a quiet area from what I could see and I was there at night.  It's been a while since I took these vids so I do not remember which ones are for which type of rooms.
