Looking for Chiang Mai, max 700thb/night, girl-friendly, + in-room safe?

The title basically states what I've been searching and searching for online, but to no avail!

 

Does such a thing exist? I've found tonnes of girl-friendly places without an in-room safe listed, and the handful I've found with safes are either over my budget, or aren't girl-friendly (or, in the case of a few, I cannot find any contact email to ask them).

 

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Lux hotel... 700baht a night great hotel.. not sure about the safe?. Good value...

Thanks didn't have a safe listed though. Had a change of plans now anyway so Chiang Mai is off the cards for the time being.

 

When I do eventually get there I think I'll just buy a pacsafe to take with me.
