Metropolitan Police spokesman Pol Maj Gen Songpol Watthanachai said the bureau Thursday held a meeting of top officers from nine divisions to discuss measures to deal with the situation if red-shirt people come out to rally in support of former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra.
