Room with kitchen? Soi Buakhao

Hello

 

I'm looking for a room with kitchen/kitchenette. Something with good value but what I have seen on the internet I probably have to rise my total rent budget to ~ 20,000 baht per month. Any recommendations? It has to be with short walking distance to the baht bus circulating 2nd and beach road.

 

I need space to prepare my food, and a sink to wash dishes. Hot plate and kitchen fan would be great, but a microwave and then buying a rice cooker should work too. Especially if there are some place where to buy pre cooked chicken or fish nearby, then a hot plate is not necessary. Soi Buakhao east of Central Festival has a small market selling pre cooked meats, other area recommendations would be great too.

Chaiyapoon Inn has 1 or 2 rooms with kitchens at a real cheap daily rate, not sure about monthly rate. Their sites says rates are given on request

hotel Dania has 2 suites with the kitchenette: http://hoteldaniapattaya.com/english/index.php/rooms/4-suite-1It's in the south end of Soi Buakhao and you can catch the baht buses to the north and south. Excellent location and all the services are near.

 

It's 1200bht/night but the owner negotiates when you're staying a long time. Room is huge and comfy.

From memory I thought they had electric hot plate in the room as well. But I have to admit, it's a little while ago. Also best to get rooms at the back, not on Soi Buakhow side.

I stayed there for 6 months a few years ago, then it was 15,000 a month with utilities on top (about 1500b a month I paid I think), its been done up since then so probably a bit more now.

Its located Pattaya Clang end of Soi Buakhow opposite LK Royal Suite.

My wingman stayed there for 1 Month, just 4 months ago & he said best VFM around at the moment!
