I know i know

save the drama girls

So:

Divorced after 5 years in USA

We have a 2 yo baby

Yes she is from a bar

AND- i had a GREAT run with her, longest in my adult life

I have over 100 trips to LOS in 15 years, not a new guy

Part of the Divorce:

I hold passport

Baby has to stay in The BKK (no village)

Her family/village will come to BKK

I get her every other day, and Friday and Saturday till Sunday

I would like to make this a pleasent trip and not nuke it

Yes i know she will eventually bolt with the kid and make problems, hopefully not this trip

Requirments:

Skytrain/Subway fairly close

Pool, so I can work on my tan

Dont want to pay a fortune

We will have TWO rooms, as i am cut off from her family

In a perfect world, a nice main entrance a back way in and out

for the TG's i will be  dragging in

Have stayed at Centric, ok but pool is a hike at another hotel

I will escape to Pats, Nana and Soapies to relieve pressure

Dates:

20 Dec to 10 Jan

So far on my short list is:

Centric serviced apartments @ $25usd (no pool)

Arnoma hotel @ $60 (pool)

Thanx in advance

No she does not want to meet u knucleheads

PS

my 200th post ;-))

Impressive and a frank post. I suggest President hotel, you'll get all you need. Curious to know if there's a breach from her side how will you enforce the divorce terms.

Living sober, clean and staying away from loose women doesn't make a man live any longer. It just fucking feels like it.

Soi 8 - Adelphi Suites

Nice rooms

Nice restaurant/cafe

Nice pool deck

Right next to the escalator up to Nana BTS

Cheap thai food in the street

Lolitas BJ bar on side soi

Relatively quiet street as no through traffic.

5 minutes walk to Soi 7/1 for massage++  or Nana or Thermae or Cowboy

After she's in Thailand with the kid, he won't be able to.

Ah, I see the divorce is not final. Doesn't matter though.

If OP wants kid raised in farangland or spend a decent amount of time with the kid, he's embarking on an extremely risky trip as described.

We are NOT getting on the plane without a signed and recorded settlement by the judge

I am 100% clear on that

Steps in place to monitor the kid when out of eyesight

We all know for $20 thai people can get a new id card, new name , therefore a new passport

That's good.

Just be 100% clear that Thailand enforcing that custody agreement in Thailand is going to be difficult and expensive, especially for someone who considers $80 per night pricey.

While Thailand is a party to The Hague Convention on International Child Abduction, the process for dealing with it hasn't been codified into law.

Best of luck though.

I understand that there is no enforcing the custody agreement, sadly

and my "pricey comment" is for the cheap charlies here LOL

I think a 1br w/ breaky during xmas/ny is a steal

I am already 100k usd into keeping my kid, house and business......
