If you're healthy and have no issues with erections, I don't see the benefit. It won't give you any more that what you've already got.

Unless you have it on very good authority that a pharmacy sells the real stuff, you can pretty much guarantee that any Viagra or Cialis they are selling is fake. It will still have some active ingredient, but not much.

 

I don't need it unless I've been drinking or unless I'm using a condom. Unfortunately I'm usually drinking and using condoms when I'm in Thailand.

One has to realize that the active ingredient in Viagra (sildenafil citrate) "defeats" certain enzymes in the bloodstream that prevent blood flow to the penis. A man's body generates more of this enzyme as they get older until it affects the blood flow.

 

If you are young enough and/or have little enough of this blocking enzyme the Viagra does nothing.

years ago when I got the executive check up from BPH, one was with a heart doc.   I liked him so much I use him for everything, always my first stop

 

I told him I take Viagra daily, he said to switch to cialis cause its better for your heart.......I did

Cialis can be used daily(5mgs) for BPH.

If used at single, higher doses, say 25mg tabs.....known as "weekend warrior".....the old fellah jumps to attention on demand for 2-3 days after a single dose...

There is a difference between generic brand drugs and fake drugs.

 

A "fake drugs" won't work, a generic brand is not the name brand but has all the same active ingredient and works the same way.

 

Most ones you buy at Pattaya will be the generic brand.

I use it many times in Thailand. The combination of alcohol and the use of a condom sometimes gets me "in trouble". Before wen i get in "trouble" i skip the condom part and get on with it.

Agree with this. I don't want to pay out 2-3000 then find i can't get it up. For young guys though shouldn't be needed. The only adverse effect i get is bloodshot eyes.

I think the medical advice that they (PDE5 inhibitors) will not work unless you need them is a lie. They do have a 'recreational' use. Everybody may, at some time, have some reason why an erection is not 100%, eg,not feeling great, not sufficiently turned on, anxious, etc, as well as possible medical reasons. In those cases the action of the med will be to amplify whatever reaction you have. I have often had a stiffy when taking these meds and have also noticed that I was not especially in the mood. As somebody said, an 'insurance'.
