Help! Spoilt for choice

It will be my first visit to Pattaya. I originally planned this to be a romantic holiday in December with my ex-thai girlfriend. Now that she is out of the way, I am planning it to be a mongering holiday.

 

Since I have never been to Pattaya , I would like to taste little bit of every flavor. I will go to massage parlors (Sabai room and Rasputin shortlisted) , I will pick up  1 beach road FL, I will pick up at least 2 from Ibar,Mixx,Insomnia etc , I will pick up WS gogo girls for ST ( I am st man, I like variety), I will date a TF girl (bar girl pretending to be a good girl) and I will go to gym if I get free time. All this in two weeks , Maybe I will do just half of the stuff and will be happy. 

 

So I searched through the forum and found below options that are worthy of making mongering holiday special.

Walking Street guesthouse is not available for my dates.

 

1) Galaxy Suites

2) Secrets

3) The Penthouse hotel

 

Since I have never been to Pattaya, I am finding it very difficult to make a choice. How would you rank above three?

Please help or If you have any other recommendation then please add to confusion.

I checked your website. Delux room fits in my budget.

 

google map show that it is about 1.8Km to Walking Street.

I have experienced in bangkok that stunners in gogo bars whine if my hotel is bit away as they want to do as much ST as possible instead of spending time in travel. Never really liked ST rooms available in Soi Cowboy,Nana but I don't know about Pattaya. I need to do more research over it.

Great rooms but they have stuffed me and a mate around a fair bit. Have you stayed there recently and had no problems booking a room and it beung available when you got there?

Check out sex in the city. They just opened up guest room I think it's 800 or 900 the pictures looked nice

I booked for Feb this year, I think it was three or four days initially and I ended up staying longer, the booking was ok and the room was there when I got there, although I don't know what would have happened if they'd been overbooked - I've booked again for next feb, so if it goes tits up I'll let you know!

I stayed at 2 hotels August Suites and @mind serviced residence. Close enough to all kinds of action. Patts transport is plentiful cheap and convenient. Even easier if you rent a motorbike.

I liked not actually being in the middle of Babylon central. Sometimes being a couple of dozen yards from the action makes all the difference. I never had a problem getting girls back. Sometimes twice in a day.

Sorry both hotels where got for about a 1k a night and where fantastic places would stay in both again without any hesitation.

I am thinking of splitting stay between Galaxy Suites and Sexy in the City. It covers both WS and Soi6 plus I could easily reach Soapies. Destiny I will skip for this time as I don't have any plans of exploring LK Metro this trip so I have something new in next visit.

Finally reserved stay at Honey Pot Inn (BM Al's place).

Perfect location for my preferences that is Soi Honey and all massage honeys plus it is equidistant from Walking Street and Soi 6.

How many specialty accommodation are there in Pattaya?

 

Most of them are kind of guesthouses so it could be really good bushiness opportunity to start a gogo bar hotel (a proper hotel) or Soapy massage + hotel or Pub + hotel etc.

Any BM business owners up for a challenge?   

I am thinking soapy + hotel will go over well with Asian clients (All bkk high end soapies I have been to have mostly Japanese or Thai customers). I could invest in this idea but may be after few years.

I think Hunny Pot is ok for you. I wouldn't stay on any gogo's or Soi6 bar's upstairs. Too much noice and hassle etc. I prefer to stay in the more silent areas(Soi Buakhao and side sois) with good baht bus connections. i like to sleep/fuck in the silence and party in the more louder places.

I've done the same thing before, splitting between Soi 6 and WS, and it was awesome, both locations are superb that I've actually booked 2 rooms simultaneously during last 3 days, still cheaper than my favorite hotels (Page 10 and Areca).

Doing the same thing this trip. Doing Sea me Spring for the first portion to get WS out of my system then Soi 5 to do the 6 and explore a bit of soi 3, Drinking Street and beyond.
