A friend of mine from back home wants his TGF to see an orthodontist about getting her teeth straightened.  Anyone have any experience with this and who they would recommend and the cost?  He is pretty sure she is going to need extractions as well, as it appears her wisdom teeth are what caused the problem to start with.
