Looking for either 1) Hotel TO RENT with a pool and lift with 20-45 rooms in the location from Marriott Courtyard (on Second Road) to Avenue Mall (on Second Road) either on main road or in Soi just off. OR 2) 20-45 studio/1 bed condos TO RENT in one building. Must have pool + lift. Will pay key money. (same location as in 1)
