London - BKK £996 in Biz with Royal Jordanian 15/10 to 20/3/16

Some exclusions over Xmas/New Year.

 

It's on Royal Jordanian - another Oneworld airline which will credit points to BA.

 

It's a new 787 with excellent seats and the airline is not dry!

 

Credit to the Head For Points blog that highlighted the sale fare.  All the details are there.

 

I've flown them twice in the past to Amman, though not on the 787, and the service has been excellent.

Only trouble with Jordanian is the 6 hour wait in Amman on the way back to UK.

Comparison sites got them at £379 economy at the moment but I would decline as have done in the past because of inbound transit. Actual airtime is good

Not sure I get you. If you watch the vid the bulk of it is business class and the topic is about sub £1000 business fare.

Without even playing that you can see how small the seat pitch is. Fuck that I've just played it and even smaller than I thought !!    Doesnt matter if its a Dreamliner 777 380 or a 747 seat pitch is seat pitch no matter what variant of aircraft. Thats extremely small

It's 60 inch seat pitch and lie flat beds in business. Which is what the topic is about and what the first half of the video shows.

Well pardon me but take another look at the freeze frame Video.  Its displaying economy seats there and later in Video. The airline is cheap for Uk because of the explained wait in Amman on inbound flight no matter if in Biz or Economy

Well I've viewed the Video in full. Business seats are crap 60" is taking the piss and those Economy seats are woeful and fit only for orientals in size.

Added to a 7 Hour 5 minute transit on inbound that why they are giving away seats in both biz and economy at very cheap prices.

Utterly pointless in paying Biz even at that price with that transit. Use Eva's Elite class for less than Jordanian and non stop to boot. I've travelled on 27 different airlines to or fro Bangkok from the uk and there's a reason Jordanian aren't one of them

Absolutely but thats always after I have heard of first hand experience and have multiple accounts of it.   I'm bemused how anyone can disagree with a 7 Hour 5 minute inbound connection.  Its 4 hours on the way out and that's bad enough
