If you can tolerate the noise of construction is the Pattaya bay resort still good place to stay, its just so cheap for a hotel and in a great location

i have no idea what the noise is like but this is the tulip group site next to it

 

 

the hotel is the pinkish building to the right of the photo below

 

 

 

there are still more blocks to be started although the very noisy foundation work has been done

The construction has been going on for a very long time. Nice hotel, friendly staff, waved off early checking for me, jus a walk through avenue mall and bang u right in the middle of the action

surely the construction does,nt go on at night?
