New York (dpa) - UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon singled out Russia, the US, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Turkey as key international players that hold the key to the resolution of the Syrian conflict and called for an end to the "diplomatic paralysis," in a speech Monday.
