Short time condo rental (other than VT6)?

Anyone know if it is possible to rent a condo short time - like two weeks? I have previously rented in VT6 from Honeys and Dancewatchers, but feel like I would try something different this time.

 

My main requiremests are:

- In Pattaya between Beach road and Third road

- Safe and wifi in room

- Condo rented by condo agent which has an office in the building (or near)

I was looking at booking my next stay with Honey from AirBNB, but if there's a better/cheaper option, then im all for it!
