At Mind Residence

Anyone have any recent reviews staying at At Mind Residence? I have booked it for 4 days in January. Some mixed reviews on Tripadvisor so I would like to hear from any BM's that have stayed there.

Plenty of information to be found,use search option.

The rooms are big but i didnt particulary like this hotel.

But if you like Soi 6 the location is excellent.

Love the hotel stayed there two weeks ago,had the 1 bedroom apartment much better than studio,also have an in house massage that offers extras in your room;-)

Stayed there several times a couple of years ago. I would describe it as a relatively classy 3/4 star apart-hotel. Nice rooms, very clean, OK pool, small gym, decent wifi. If you like Soi6 its a great location.

I stayed in Feb...5 nights. It's a serviced apartment themed hotel. Generally nice with everything you would find in one but lacking in character. Far from Walking Street if that's important to you !

It's quite nice,have stayed in the 1 bedroom condos before and will be staying there for 3 weeks Dec/jan.

 

They are spacious clean and pretty well maintained, nice big pool but far too few sunbeds around it,best suited for active types if put on top floors as only one lift that I could find. Prone to flooding during rainy season but that's pattaya for you.

 

Has its own minimart to supply the kitchen microwave/hotplate that comes with each apartment,but there are also 7/11nearby.

 

No probs with single joiner to your room and those who I took there loved the space offered by separate bedroom, living room/kitchen.They will say you no Charlie cheap and charge you accordingly if think you newbie.Have balcony but be sure to turn of both aircon units inside before sitting outside or else you fry.

 

A couple of minutes walk from baht bus route on 2nd road, just turn left out of hotel car park,also motorbike taxis same place,or turn right till u get to 7/11 and then left for 10 minutes and your at Hollywood disco,with a couple of huge open air late night bars in between the 2 points that are popular with Thais,cheap food and cheap bottle service at them and packed on euro football nights.

 

Overall a nice place, quite central but can sleep during the day as not too noisy

Iv stayed here twice, both times I had the 1 bedroom apartment over looking the swimming pool, big room, non smoking in room but can smoke by the balcony, nice little kichen with cutlery and plates, sofa, dining table and chairs, big fridge and freezer.

 

Soi 6 is just across the road, it's on the baht bus route returning back from waking street, but going to Walking Street can be a mission, just walk along Soi 6 and catch the tuktuk from beach road side.

 

No joiner fee, would I stay here again? Yes I would. I highly recommend this place.

I found the place needs maintenance the last time i stayed, priced too high on Agoda off-late. I remember paying B1750 all-in for the 1 bedroom suite. Benylin has the rest covered

its worth 1500 at best..

i dont need the apartment facility thing so

thats why it can be expensive

walk in rate of 3000 is just silly

And being on that bend makes a nice little place for street/western food, internet shop, 7/11, laundry, moto and massage!

They used to attract some Korean/Japanese business kind earlier, package tourists can be loud early mornings.
