Airport Tourist SIM Cards

from What I recall they were like 300-500 baht for unlimited internet for the week and some calling and text,

I'm hesitant to buy a card at the airport, but are they worth it or should I look elsewhere.

It was my first time in BKK and I didn't really know if they were worth the deal, my friend gave me a SIM

and I spent at least that topping up the internet.

Up to you if it's 'worth it' depending on your data and text/calling usage; but yes it's probably easiest to obtain and activate a SIM at a provider kiosk at the airport - the customer service representatives will have you online within a couple of minutes.

Prices are same same as anywhere else, they are standard 'packages'.
