Any half decent cycling roads around Pattatya?

I'm used to cycling 20Km a day in my work commute. Is there a good uncongested road to put in a one hour sweat?

How is Jomtiensaineung Rd. ?

I do a reasonable amount of riding but I do not believe that any of the roads in central Pattaya are good for it. The roads have too much traffic and/or are narrow. The cycling on the other side of Sukhimvit is much better.
