3 Bedroom Hotels - Close to the action (walking distance). Help!

Planning on booking a trip end of this year me and 2 mates first time we're all going and need some advice on accommodation.

 

What we would like is 1 hotel that has 3 bedrooms and close to all the action (bars, beach, girls... you get it).

 

Price range 1300 - 3000 baht per night, is this reasonable for something like a 4 star hotel with pool, spa, wifi(very important) and clean.

3 bedrooms is a tough one.

There are some places that rent villas with multiple rooms. I haven't used them but there are some threads on the forum you may be able to search for.

Yes , they have a 3 bedroom suit , it's 10 or 12k a night ...

You don't get 3 bedroom suite for 3000 Baht ... LK Ren has a 3 bedroom penthouse but it's 10k , they might reduce the price wee bit ...but no where near 3000 Baht ....

I sometimes go with two mates, we all get a room each next to each other 1000baht per night each. You won't find much cheaper if you want a decent room. Finding a 3 BR for that sort of money don't like your chances unless it is way out in the dark zone.

Damn. I travel with my mate(s) but never ever we had a plan to be in the same suite. We prefer some privacy. Just get the 3 rooms from the same hotel and forget the 3 bedrooms. It's not going to work anyways. If you really need to be in the same space, rent the villa from Pratumnak. I know there is some 4 bedroom villas for 4kbht/night or even less. With this option though the transportation can be a pain in the arse. Might be a long walk to the baht buses.
