Anybody know something interesting for 3-4 weeks in central pattaya. Not far than 3rd road.

Diana estate is busy in my time december-january. For novana residence unusual price.

Maybe thai style apartments. Or good, cheap guesthouses on soi buahaow.

The 2 Sawasdee hotels - one on Soi Diana Inn & one on Buakhao were offering very low monthly rates in low season. I don't know what they'd offer in high season. I don't think they're very good, but on that budget you'll be struggling to find much better.

hotel across from lk metropole on soi diana has cheap rates, many bargirls staying there, cannot remember the price but around 10000-15000 a month

I think you'll really struggle, brooksie has given a decent shortlist - I doubt you can do much better. When I checked out some of the 7-8k places (e.g Grace Mansion), after seeing 3 such apartment blocks, decided it was unlikely I was going to find a place satisfying the 'good' criteria in this price range. Additionally they usually don't include electricity, and house cleaning once (twice if you're lucky) a week.

I'm staying in the one on buakhao has a pool but the rooms are dated,shabby bathroom but for 10k a month you don't expect anything to great and it includes 10 vouchers for breakfast, rooms are cleaned daily, girl friendly and WiFi good.

 

Saying that I am looking to find a better place. This seemed ideal to find my bearings though.
