Are any of these places worth staying in?  I'm talking about the 2,000-3,000 baht a month fan rooms.  Needs to have decent security.  I don't want to rent a dump with stains on the walls or a squat toilet. My budget is around 3,000 baht a month.  I wonder if I can find something around town with that that's livable?  It also needs to have internet.
