Hi mate, I stayed there last trip in their larger 2 bed unit (B67) with a mate and can highly recommend the place, Its location is very convenient

being on Soi Buakhao and only about 100-200 metres walk to LK Metro area.

The rooms are actually very quiet considering how close it is to the nightlife, and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Meow the onsite manager is so friendly and helpful, she's great...

The food is nice and well priced,  They tend to book out fairly quickly so I would book ahead if you can and see if they have any recently refurbished units available.

I stayed there maybe last 7 years ago in the main building it was ok,some of the units needed doing up back then.

A mate of mine swears by it and stays for 2 months at a time even now.

I stayed in Oasis (same complex, but small pool buildings) in April and didn't rate it at all in one of the ground floor buildings it was like being in a cell I was offered one of the second floor rooms after five days looked at it but went elsewhere..

IMO a decent location but plenty more choice for the price further afield..

I ended up with a 3 bed house for what would have been 3k more.

There are different rentals within the estate. Meow has the Diana oasis I don't know if it is the Diana estates.

There seems to be a wide variation in the quality of the accomadations there.

I rented a studio that was recently refurbed ( t 109) it was lovely. Very nicely done, breakfast included. 2 nice pools.

Meows rentals are very nice and recommended highly. She and her staff are wonderful.

Diana Estates consists of the Soleil De Siam and Diana Oasis. The name Diana Estates represents the grounds these 2 places occupy. Meow runs the Diana Oasis. The Soliel De Siam building is managed by a Thai gentleman by the name of, "Chaiwat". (Separate Offices) Both places share the 2 pools and the restaurant. Meow and Chaiwat will bend over backwards to meet your needs. Weblo is correct. The rooms at both the Soleil De Siam and Oasis range from old and tired to refurbished and nice. Depends on how much you want to pay. Diana Oasis usually books up faster with many repeat customers and longtime stays. Be careful when booking a smaller room with Soleil De Siam. Make sure they don't stick you on the third floor of the Diana Oasis (They own some rooms over there) facing the back of Butcher's Arm as those rooms are very tired and climbing those 3 flights of stairs can be a bitch at times. Make sure you get one in the main Soleil De Siam Tower.

Both Soleil De Siam and Diana Oasis have separate websites. Meow has a link on the Diana Oasis website to her own website as well where she books long term rentals by the month.

Its a great place, very popular, friendly, quiet, good security (by Thai standards) and a great location. For 12k a month your room will probably be a little tired, but I doubt you will regret your choice.

When I was in patts last June, I stayed in Diana oasis. One of the guys I got to know, who stayed there long time, mentioned a buddy of his got an old room and it was in a bad way . He didn't even wait the night.

I will say that Diana oasis is my place of choice. Five stays in a few years and I never had a problem.

Did they send you any pics of the room

I believe meow is renovating her older rooms one by one.

This is correct C-Block studio's being renovated to new Premium studio's now and ready by November.

Also, Tower studio T207 being renovated to new Premium style

But price increase on these studio's from November 1st a touch expensive though.

yes it's not a cheap place, but on the upside, breakfast included, 2 pools, security, etc. and it works out very reasonable per night on the monthly basis.

Very limited breakfast menu tbh.

My Pattaya budget is perfectly adequate as long as I don't spend any of it

Are there elevators, or do you have to walk up stairs?

Are there elevators, or do you have to walk up stairs?

I have stayed at Diana estate  3 times now and booked in again for January- Febuary, stayed in room B67 last time, this room you have to climb several flights of stairs,

The tower rooms have the only elevator in the complex that runs from the first floor so still some stairs there too,to avoid any stairs you would have to book a ground floor unit.

You can take the monger out of the bar but you can never take the bar out of the monger

When there last August David the owner told me he hopes to build an elevator from the ground floor]

to the first floor so avoiding any stairs to the Tower Block.

Yes was looked into but could not source an suitable lift that would do the job, also price was an issue. This won't happen now.
