Don't tell me all the guys on this board bemoaning the cheap charlies and not worrying about the price of beer are balking at Hooters prices? ;)

 

Looks like something for the tourists and families, plenty of that on the increase in Pattaya too. Will probably do ok

 

Price of beer isn't exciting me though, decent happy hour in the BKK one?

Seems to be a nice place to take your barfine, especially on Wednesdays when you can have that chicken deal for only 100 NOK, which is a bargain

Here is an alert. Pattaya is not going forward in their tourism future geared towards us mongers. With the influx of Chinese and other countries, who just love Western businesses, Hooters will do just fine. They will be packed. Hell, Burger King can cost 399 baht for a set. With the mindset of not visiting high priced places, would that tourist trap called Hard Rock Hotel/Restaurant still be open? Ripleys amusements and their high costs? We mongers are trying to be run out. Soi bars being closed and high rises taking their place. Only people and their way of life not in danger of going extinct here are the jet ski scammers!

i made the mistake of taki g my gal for a drink to hard rock last trip. 1 cocktail and a pineapple juice was $20 US or so. My nuts are still sore after being kicked. My fault for ping there , I sould have known. Won't make that mistake again.

I've been to a few here in the States and all were good except for the one in Vegas.  It was the worst wings my son and I ever had.  Atlanta was very good though.
