My last few trips, I've started booking flipper on soi 7.

Good pool, cheap, great location, family mart directly opposite and extremely girl friendly, had a few 3 ways there.

Prior to that, I used to stay soi Buakhao - LK Royal suite

I like the sea view rooms at Sandy Spring on Soi 13.

Now that I can stay a month or more, I like the VT6 at the monthly rate.

IMO both are good value for location, views quality

Marriott. Haven't stayed anywhere else in Pattaya, but one of these trips when I can actually plan ahead I'm gonna try one of Hamlek's rooms above Sweethearts.

Are these rooms available to everyone? Is there a website to view and book this?

LK Renaissance, nice rooms and a great location.

You would have to go a long way to find more helpful and friendly staff.

Opey any good?

I like it, rooms nothing special but nice pool, cheap, nice staff and restaurant  and best of all the location.

Get a room next to pool on ground floor if you stay.
