Cosy Beach View

Recommended Posts

Has someone stayed here and can advise about this place?

There are some good listings on Airbnb:

Also these specific listings reviews are very positive:

But I'm not sure about the condominium itself (location, maintenance, rooms quality, etc). It would be nice to read some comments also from members here.

Thanks ahead for any info.

I have read a bit about this place on the Internet, but if someone here had actually stayed there, I would be happy to hear any opinions. Thanks.

Stayed at the cosy beach many years ago,we`re talking 91 or 92,it was just a normal hotel then.Things will be a lot different nowadays with lots of changes so any details i remember will be pretty much irrelevant. All i can say is its a baht bus or motorbike taxi ride away from virtually everything, although i`ve no doubt restaurants and bars may have been built in that area in recent years,if you like to stay out of the main nightlife areas it will be ideal though.

Cosy beach View or next door is The View cosy beach ( only in thailand LOL) are 2 condo complexes I stayed there during Songkran (The View cosy beach) it was perfect and quiet area ..especially at Songkran  ( but there might be some building going on now so check) some nice resturants like a mini village outsde of pattaya. everything you need , nice beach , few bars , massage 7-11 etc

My condo was excellent ..top facilities ,modern , well decorated , large screen TV's , well furnished , safe ........roof top pool , gym & excellent internet.

To get to Walking Street 100b  central festival 150 as its not on a main Baht bus route ... moto taxi as well at both ends of the road

Talk to Gianluca at this address ..[email protected]   .... from some really nice ones up @ Cosy beach plus around the city. tell him what you need and he will sort it for you top guy

.. I use him now for all my accommodation needs and my friends do also.  Mention you found about him on PA in one of the posts.

if you want something more central then ask Luca about this one ( if you are new to Pattaya stay central)

this was the condo I was going to use in August but had to cancel due to work

also he has one in  Markland SOI 2 right on the beach front ( quite but convienient) which I have stayed in  everything then is in walking distance and on Main Baht bus routes from both of these.

Cozy beach is a bit out of the way and can be a bit of pain to get back to if you end up by Soi 6 or further north
