Hi all.

 

After some years of coming down, I realised what was missing in Pattaya.

 

Another Guesthouse !!!!   555

 

Seriously, we recently opened, and are doing a steady trade with the rooms. Many one night guests staying on and on......

The bar is starting slowly, I don't want to run before I walk, as staffing is not so easy, and I am happy to build up some regular customers who like the place for its merits.

How quiet is it in the rooms? Or which room type is more quiet? That road behind The Avenue gets its fair share of traffic.

 

Do you have some more pictures of the bathrooms?

I've stayed in all of the rooms myself, there is a bit of traffic noise, but its pretty minimal. On the top floor its almost zero.

Anybody living the life for a while should be quite happy.

Never be sorry asking too many questions. I'm going to do a frequently asked question page on the site, and this will help me.

 

1)  Sorry, no elevator

2)  20 steps between floors, only 10 if you do them two at a time.

3)  No ground floor rooms.

4)  No joiners fee.

5)  2 Girls, no problem, but no wild parties, respect for other guests.

6)  Entrance via the bar (till around 2am), or by back entrance (24 HRS)  Up to you.

7)  Yes you are being fair.

 

NB:  Special Rainy Season Promotion for September/October  watch next post...

It doesn't rain all the time in the rainy season, but when it does, it pours.

We are close to Buakhow, but do not get affected by the floods, unless you are in Soi 6, trying to get back... but the Taxi Scooter will find a route..

All seems good except the stairs but anyways Iintend to loose some flesh and improve on stamina in the c'ming few days and porky mate never stayed in that part of town ,was already looking for a friendly and clean place and what better than a fellow bm but then again it depends on your availability on my dates.will surely inform u once things fall in place.meanwhile wud like to know to know if u

have some barfinable ladies at ur bar as im a lazy bastard and hate walking and wandering about .lol.cheers!

Hi Ramble.

Let me know on your dates... We are quite havily booked for mid November, and over Christmas, but the rest of the time there are rooms available.

As you say, the stairs will do you good, and we don't charge fitness center rates for them.

As a new place, the bar girls are coming and going, but I would certainly think that by November we will have a steady cackle of bar girls.

And there are also some great little bars just  past the 7/11 shop on the corner.

 

Hope you decide to stay. If its Sep/Oct, take advantage of our Promotion....

Yes I play in a pool league on Fridays at the moment, it gets me out meeting a few people. I play for my neighbor's bar....
