The Energy Policy and Planning Office (EPPO) Thursday approved the Energy Efficiency Plan 20152036 (EEP), which is aimed at lowering Thailand's energy-intensity rate from 25 per cent as stated in the initial 2010 plan to 30 per cent, saving an estimated Bt8.5 trillion.
