Advantage of booking a Condo over Hotel for a 6 days fuckathon

So this will be my 4th trip to Pattaya. I tend to not repeat my hotels. I have had pleasant stays at Baywalk residence, Aya Boutique and recently at Blue Sky Paftaya (their beds are indeed a pain).

This time I am being tempted to rent out a condo, for a fact that I can get more than 2 gals without paying a Joiner fee.

 

Can you guys tell me the advantages of living in a condo as against a hotel?

Also please do help out in ways of booking a discounted condo. I know only one agency site....www.viewtalay6.com.

One of the benefits is used condom and dirty boxer shorts won't not be moved around by cleaners in discounted condos.

I have had a good experience staying at Diana oasis on Soi Buakhao, very convenient location and quiet once you enter.

No joiner fee, but power & water charged by meter,  great food at their restaurant too.

Meow handles the private rentals, which book out quickly at times.
