long term accomodation between 5-10k thb

looking for a long term accommodation starting september 2015. need air cond, internet, new tv with hdmi port, microwave, fridge. I want to pay between 5-10k thb, depends on the location, 10 min by motorbike to WS is ok.
any suggestions would be much appreciated.

10k will be on the lower end, dont expect much comfort wise

paying 15k to 20k gives you much nicer options

Look around you can find it pretty slow in Pattaya right now.

We do 10k monthly plus power and water, usually 1000 or less (new air con units help a lot) Everything bar the microwave but your welcome to use the bar one during opening hours. Lots of pics and BM reviews in the thread.
