Any opinion among BM re: Paradiso Boutique?

Howdy folks;

 

Reading through the posts here in the Bangkok accommodations brought Paradiso Boutique to my attention.  It is certainly located in a nice area, plus the rate is 30 U.S. dollars which is fantastic.  But only one person mentioned P.B., which is setting minor warning bells in my mind.  Does anyone have experience with this specific property, and as such have an opinion as the safety and cleanliness of this place?  And of course, IS it girl friendly?  Thank you.

I stayed here for one night and this is a guest friendly hotel. There was a famous thermae cafe across the street and I was able to fly TG right away. But the room is narrow, narrow and dirty. But the price is too cheap compared to the location.
