Is The Grand Residence Jomtien Still Open? Can't Contact

Hi guys. I've stayed many times at the Grand Residence Jomtien on New Second Road next to the Rompho beer bar complex but now can't seem to make contact with them. Their phone number on their bruchure isn't working and the email I've used in the past for reservations isn't getting any response. The email on their website is a dead end "unndeliverable" but that's how that email address has always been. If anyone is in the neighborhood could they see if the place is under construction or closed? Thanks.

Finally got in touch with them, their computer was blocking emails.
