With youtube, all we need to do is post the link.

Put the mouse on the video and a few menu items appears on the top right corner. Click the paper plane to share (you can see it on the video below if you put your mouse on it). Copy everything in the embed box and paste it into the post. Make sure you are in the full editor and enable html which can be found to the right of the text box.
