going to book our hotel over the weekend for our july trip me and partner,anyone stayed in pattaya Blue Sky hotel on soi 5,looks new and good price.is there any building work going on on that soi at the moment.

Yep i stayed there last month. The hotel is fine but it was a bit far out for me. Breakfast is not great and not buffet. Also no aircon. It depends what your into. There are probably better around closer to the action.

You won't be disappointed, I stayed there last July and it was perfect. Quite, great staff, no joiner fee, and a great location... Next to Soi 6! 5555555

I'm sorry, I just need to confirm...  Is it true that this place does NOT have air conditioning?  The stats on Agoda.com is great for this place, but if it has no a/c, I will have to pass.

Only the cheapest guesthouses at 200-400 baht a night has fans!

Good hotel but i will never stay there again unless they update the beds.

 

The beds are like cement i had bruising on my hips thats how bad i had to turn every 30 mins to eas pressure. If u dont mind hard beds go for it.

Just booked it for 3 days in mid Sept via Agoda - 1090 baht a night including taxes.  Most of the reviews look good and I'm happy with the price - just a bit worried about the comment of 'beds like cement' . I like a bit of a bounce for my night time activity ....

The beds are the hardest I've encountered. Hard beds in this class of hotel isn't unusual in Thailand but these are unbelievable. After a few days it felt like my hips and back had been expertly beaten by the secret police.

Try scenery hotel soi honey ( 11) on second rd

Has a nice softer bed . Guest friendly, small pool . Clean and new 1000 bht a night . Don't get the deluxe rooms there at the back . To much noise .
