Expect an announcement soon the morning EK022 ex Manchester-Dubai will change to A380 as from 1st Dec 2015.

Excess cargo will be trucked to Birmingham/Newcastle.

That's amazing.  It only seems a few years ago that BA effectively abandoned Manchester and ridiculed the middle eastern carriers when they jumped at the chance to operate to/from the city.

Well since its only 50 miles from my house and 8 miles from my work as opposed to 225 miles to Heathrow or Gatwick its a no brainer for me to fly from there.
