Any experience with Justfly website for purchasing air tickets?

Howdy folks,

 

Kayak is showing fantastic prices for Singapore Airline in September, but the link for the price sends me to justfly.com...  I have no experience with this website, and thus come to you folks to see if anyone has previously purchased from them?  Is it okay, scam, what?  Thank you in advance for any reply.

Doesnt look good, although people only tend to post on such sites when things go wrong there may be millions of happy, silent customers!

The red line thru all the bad reviews is customer who didn't read terms and condition, didn't investigate visa regulation and booked the cheapest class possible with the ton of restriction it comes with and spill frustration over own mistake on review sites.

Personally I would book directly with the airline which, in most case, has price guarantee or same prices.

Used them 4 Times. No issues. Just ensure as with any web booking to check the 6 Character reference with Amadeus when you receive Eticket to check all legs are confirmed and name matches are 100%

 

Dont use Kayak. Shocking comparison site. Always use Travel Supermarket if you're a Brit

Harvey, while I was checking out justfly.com using Google, there was a mention that there's a different justfly in England.  So you may have used the England one (which has good reviews) instead of the US one which is what Kayak sent me to.  Thanks to all three of you guys for the response, I am not going to use that site due to all the negative reviews.

Fair enough but as always only people who had a poor experience tend to write up a site. I'd bet 99.9% of clients were happy
