Soi 11 something with a Pool but a nice Price?

Going to Bangkok with Friends after Pattaya.

 

90% sure will be giving President Palace a Try and my other Friend has the Wallet for that.

Issue is our other Friend is on a tighter budget, so looking for something close to President Palace that has a Pool and a lesser price?

 

Plan B was Lohas Suites and then we put our Friend in Aspen or something in that area.
