The good thing about inattentive staff who are bored and disinterested in your every request and scowl when required to speak is that they are also perfectly monger friendly.  No additional room charges and no questions asked.

 

Sun Xclusive is brand new which is a plus but with basic facilities ie 3 star but in good condition.  Located at the south of Pattaya Sai 2 Road and within 10 minutes walk of the end of Walking Street.  

 

Price was about $55 USD p/n.  (Stable) WiFi included.

 

Would I stay there again?  Probably but the only issue being the attitude of the front desk staff.

It's not brand new. I stayed there nye 2013, never again either, overpriced and noisy. I don't know what it costs at normal times but it was 3000 baht a night then, expected better
