An hour workout per day would probably fix half (or more) of your problems ;-)

1. Make sure you get enough salt. Gatorade is a terrible drink for rehydration. Besides costing too much it has too much complex sugars in it. Best choice and cheap and sugar free is Chang soda water, which comes in a few flavours like lemon, has sodium in it and zero calories. Also only 8 or 9 Baht each. And everywhere.

2. 3. Exercise and activity is better than pills and since they are controlled don't expect a doctor to write a scrip for a total stranger for benzos. Why can't you go to a doctor where you live and ask for a few for a long flight? That's why doctors exist in your country. Also I would not count on other than a hospital pharmacy for these pills vs. street fakes or from a pharmacy on the street. Scrip or not.

4. If by "milk tabs" those might be Milk of magnesia which actually are a laxative not a stomach medicine and will give you watery diarrhoea. Drink fluids, avoid getting shit faced drunk and avoid street food that is not at a safe temperature which most is not.

Try taking Dioralyte sachets , you lose lots of salts when you sweat , sachets should help with that , to prevent cramp and help with hangovers

If it floats, flies or fucks It's probably cheaper to rent ...

Its really hard to get any sleeping pills here, can only get some "light" medicine that really dont help me in anyway.

I meant about "milk" tabs lactic acid bacteria tabs :)

But thank you for answer

Young coconut water is better for rehydration than Gatorade and like JABL says it is all natural. Valerian tablets are a mild sedative that can be found in health food stores may help with your sleep problems without any nasty side effects. Imodium tablets to stop the diarrhea can be found in all the pharmacies.

Juice up ....

1 ltr of green juice and 1 ltr of water early in the day would be a good start for your system.

Try this again in the afternoon with maybe a veg based juice and more water.

Eat as normal and keep hydrated at all times.

Lots of good fresh juice bars about town

I always use Berocca Tablets in water in the morning, for those that don't know what it is, it as effervescent multi vitamin. If i had a big night out i use the electrolyte pack in water before going to bed, noticable difference in the morning.

No need to go to a doctor for a prescription unless you are really sick, most of the pharmacies know basically what you need if you tell them what is wrong

I use the rehydration powder packets available at most pharmacys. Orange flavored. Just add a pack to a bottle of water and you have a cold refreshing way to rehydrate during the hotter days. Works well for me.

The pharmacies can give you anti histamines that can make you quite drowsy, but if you are looking for some thing like valium or xanax there are a handfull of clinics that can give them to you. The days of getting what ever you want otc in Pattaya are fading

The cramps might be due to the increased walking, try stretching your calf/leg muscles for a few minutes once or twice a day and stay hydrated.

The antihistamine Atarax (hydroxyzine) might help you relax.

Better than a benzo.

Cramps is usually due to lack of electrolytes. Green coconut juice is the perfect cure for that.

However after a night of barhopping put some Stronk-k in a bottle of water and drink it down.

Go back to bed for a while and let it do its job.

Available in all pharmacies for a few baht per pack or 100baht for box of 25.
